Computer Aided Design (CAD) model of the part is used to develop the method. A Computer Aided Machining (CAM) program is then used to develop a machining path for the CNC router.
The CAD model is now used to create the machining paths for the CNC router.
Feeders and runner system is removed and the part is finished in Precision Alloys finishing section.
